At Bisnerinc, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you ONLY to process orders, provide customer service, notify you of product updates and scheduled maintenance, and to provide a more personalized online experience.


What information do we collect, and how do we use it?
When you open your account or purchase response packages or other services online, we need to know your name, contact information, and (only if you decide to pay by credit card) your credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order, and to keep you informed about your account and the applications and databases you are using.

We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage, in aggregate, to help us develop the design and layout of the site.


Will we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
No. Bisnerinc does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.

Bisnerinc may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

Bisnerinc may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with law, to enforce or apply the terms of any of our customer agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Bisnerinc Corporation, our customers and clients, our end-users, or others.

This applies to your personal information as well as your data hosted by us. Bisnerinc will not use, sell, rent, trade or otherwise disseminate or disclose your data to either itself or any third party, except as required by law, or by your authorized written request or consent.


How do we protect customer information?
When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is transmitted to our database. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.


What about "cookies"?
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, and they are used only in conjunction with Bisnerinc ® applications. We do not read any information other than what we write in the course of your using the software application.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use many of the features on our sites, including taking surveys and tests, but you will need to accept cookies in order to run the Bisnerinc software applications that you subscribe to.


How do we allow customers to update or change the information we collect?
You may update or change information related to your Hostedware account(s) by accessing your My Account page with your customer login ID and password.
